These are so very poignant and fascinating. The one created by the Angolan migrant reminds me in its essence of the drawings done hundreds of years ago by the Peruvian Guaman Poma , a native documenting Spanish colonial conquest & rule. The magnificent line drawings--400--are part of The First New Chronical and Good Government--his "very long letter" to King Phillip of Spain. These migrant drawings, if not already collected, would make a wonderful book.
