Our Story

Yesterday-Today-Tomorrow (YTT) is a distinguished NGO headquartered in Paris, which has gained international prominence since its foundation at the end of 2017 by the artist Bryan Mc Cormack.

The inception of YTT was deeply inspired by an exhibition that Mc Cormack created for the 57th International Venice Biennale. This exhibition highlighted the artistic expressions of thousands of refugee children, offering them a platform to share their experiences and emotions through visual-storytelling. The effect of this exhibit led Mc Cormack to establish Yesterday-Today-Tomorrow.

Since its founding, YTT has evolved into a significant international non-profit, renowned for its commitment to justice-for-all and humanitarian efforts worldwide. The organisation has been operating in ten countries, where it develops and implements a diverse range of arts-based programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each community. YTT's programs are multifaceted, addressing the critical issues of gender inequality, gender-based-violence prevention, peace-building, mental health support, discrimination, exploitation, conflict, inclusivity and ethnic diversity.

Through its innovative initiatives and unwavering commitment to social change, YTT has impacted on the lives of tens of thousands of the most marginalised populations in the world, championing the rights of those often silenced and overlooked. The organization's holistic approach not only alleviates immediate suffering but also fosters long-term solutions that empower individuals and communities to shape their own futures.
